Horsin' Around...Literally

Spencer may be a cautious child in most things, but not when it comes to horses!

Horses tend to get hot on 100+ degree days, so they like to take them for a swim!

This horse is a little fearful of water....my sister tries to encourage him in.

Below is a video of Spencer and his cousin Michael. Important to note is that this is the first time Spencer has been on a horse in 3 years...the last time he rode was with his cousin Meagan the summer before she passed away. Spencer developed a special love of horses from Meagan, and even though he was only 4 when he rode with her, remembers many of the things she taught him. I'm so proud of him. He was so brave. The horse even took off in a gallop, and even though he couldn't reach the stirrups, rode like a champ. It was his mom that got nervous and almost didn't get the moment on video (as you will see and hear)! Thank you, Meagan.
