Fourth of July festivities included the following: An overnight at my sister Tamara's house. Early morning breakfast with the community of Sweet with a program and presentation of the Paul Revere ride, complete with music that brought on the tears....
Heading to the other shore to raise one lantern if the British come by land or two if by shore.
Potluck lunch and games, complete with "catch the chicken"....
Rodeo...
Going home for a KFC picnic in the backyard....
Jumping into the pool to cool off....
(man, it was hot that day! Huge pool, huh?)

Preparing for the HUGE fireworks show.....
